The company has set up general inspection and patrol inspection, and each production workshop has set up full-time inspectors to be responsible for internal process control and warehousing inspection of semi-finished products. Based on the double standards of ISO9001 and API Spec Q1, the company has established a perfect quality management system, promoted the transformation of quality management concept from "conforming to standards" to "customer satisfaction", promoted the transformation of quality management mode from "system conforming" to "pursuing good", started from multi-faceted and multi-angle management concepts, management measures, management methods and means, kept pace with the times and kept innovating, in accordance with the drawings, processes and relevant technical standards and technical documents, from the procurement of raw materials, outsourcing purchased parts into the factory to the whole process of production process inspection, testing and product factory inspection. It has more than 40 sets of various detection and test equipment, using 2000 tons of micro-controlled pressure testing machine, large magnetic particle flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, ultra-low temperature detector, German imported spectrometer, three-coordinate measuring instrument, metallographic, physical and chemical analysis and other advanced detection equipment and methods to improve product quality in many aspects. The main products have obtained the production license issued by the state, it has successively passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO10012 measurement management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, American Petroleum Institute API(7K, 8C) certification, Yinglao LR certification and German GL Lloyd's Classification Society certification.
