CDZY hydraulic elevator is an automatic lifting tool used in oil and gas workover operations. During the workover operation, the hydraulic elevator can be turned over within the range of 0~90 ° through two turning arms, and can be adjusted through operation within its angle range, so that the center hole of the hydraulic elevator and the V-shaped surface of the hydraulic catwalk are stopped after keeping the same angle, so that the hydraulic elevator can smoothly buckle the pipe string on the hydraulic catwalk; In the overhaul operation, it can effectively cooperate with the manipulator of the RING platform to buckle the corresponding specification pipe string. The standard elevator control cabinet is equipped with elevator closing and pipe string entry indicator lights to prompt the driller's elevator status.
The hydraulic elevator can hold the corresponding specification pipe string by replacing the inner lining. It can conveniently, safely and reliably hang taper drill pipe, platform shoulder drill pipe, casing pipe and oil pipe. The inner lining structure is especially beneficial to prolong the service life of the elevator body. The product shall be designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8C Specification for Drilling and Production Hoisting Equipment. The use of hydraulic and electrical control system, high degree of mechanization, easy to operate, can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the efficiency of drilling and workover operations, to achieve remote control, safe and reliable use.
