TDH extension lifting ring is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T 19190 and API Spec 8C, which is safe, reliable and easy to use. The upper part is suspended in the lower ear hole of the DH single-arm lifting ring, and the lower part can be suspended with the elevator of the same rated load.
The FAC-type grouting and circulation device is a tool used for simultaneous grouting and circulation during casing operations. It enables grouting in real-time while running casing and allows for rapid circulation without the need to install a casing nipple when circulation is required. The TXGN-type casing‑running unit is a mechanically integrated tool designed for casing‑running operations. It is mounted on the top drive via an adapter. The unit can perform casing suspension, make-up, cementing, circulation, and casing rotation, thereby addressing the challenges of running casing in complex well conditions. Additionally, it can be equipped with a wireless torque‑measurement system to monitor make‑up torque and other parameters.
WQ375 series pneumatic slips are installed in the 375 rotary table. The balance beam is connected to the four-page slip body through the connecting rod, and the cylinder is fixedly connected to the balance beam. When tripping the drill pipe, the slip body descends along the conical surface of the main body, pushing the drill pipe to close to the center and clamping the drill pipe tightly. When lifting the drill pipe, the slip body shall loosen the drill pipe upward along the conical surface of the main body to make the drill pipe and coupling pass through the space.
WQ16 pneumatic slips are installed in the turntable instead of the inner lining. By manipulating the control handle, the cylinder is controlled to drive the balance beam up and down to push the slips up and down.
The power slip is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of API Spec 7k. It is a device for lifting drill pipes, casing and other pipe strings in oil and natural gas drilling operations. Power slips can be divided into hydraulic slips, pneumatic slips, etc.
WQ type external pneumatic slip is designed and manufactured by our company according to API Spec 7K specification. It is suitable for tripping operation in drilling and workover operation in oil field. It can hold drill pipe, drill collar, casing and other pipe strings. It is mainly composed of slip lifting device, slip and pneumatic control assembly.
The Russian 560 pneumatic slips are mainly used for pneumatic mechanized tools for clamping drill pipes, tubing and other pipe strings in the rotary table in oil drilling operations. It is mainly used for бу 2000, бу 2500, бу 3000, бу 4000, бу 5000 and бу 6000 drilling rigs with 560mm through holes. It has the characteristics of convenient installation and disassembly, and can separate the transmission part.
Inclined well drilling rig hydraulic slips
Inclined drilling rig hydraulic slips are mainly used for clamping drill pipe, tubing, casing and other pipe strings in oil and gas drilling operations. The products shall be designed and manufactured according to the requirements of API Spec 7K. All slips can realize hydraulic operation, which effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves work efficiency. The hydraulic slip structure is reasonable, easy to operate, safe and reliable, is an ideal tool for drilling operations. This hydraulic slip can meet the working conditions of vertical drilling 3000m and inclined well 2000m (maximum inclination 45). The inner lining adopts three pieces. By replacing the inner lining, slip body, slip teeth and other parts, the pipe columns with different sizes within the range of 2.7/8 "~ 13.3/8" can be held with a maximum load of 250tons.
