Rutong Co., Ltd. signed a research and development cooperation agreement with the Second Oil Production Plant of North China Oilfield Company
In the afternoon of 19 December 2019, Jiangsu Rutong Petroleum Machinery Company Limited signed the Agreement on Co-operation in Research and Development of Petroleum Machinery with North China Oilfield Company's Oil Extraction No. 2 Plant, reaching a co-operation intention on the research and development and manufacturing of petroleum machinery. Cao Caihong, Chairman of Rutong, He Yunhua, Chief Engineer of Rutong, Cui Yongqian, Director of Science and Technology Department of Oilfield Company, Shen Hua, Director of No.2 Oil Extraction Plant, and Ge Dongwen, Chief Engineer of Rutong attended the signing ceremony. The signing is to adapt to the development requirements of oilfield, promote the transformation and upgrading of well repair equipment and service level, and promote the development of oilfield equipment in the direction of automation, informationisation and intelligence.
Cui Yongqian, director of the Science and Technology Department of the oilfield company, listened to the introduction of the R&D innovative technologies and results experience of both parties and pointed out: Rutong Co., Ltd. has a long history of petroleum product research and development, and the Second Oil Production Plant has a long tradition of innovation. Both parties have a common innovative concept and complementary advantages. Joining forces to jointly develop innovative technologies for green and environmentally friendly oilfield operation equipment is in line with the high-quality development strategies of both parties.
Shen Hua, the director of No.2 Oil Extraction Plant, affirmed the innovation, safety and benefit of the cooperation between the two parties, and put forward the constructive opinions of ‘sincere cooperation, bigger and stronger, mutual benefit and win-win, common development’ for the cooperation between the two parties.
Chairman Cao of Rutong pointed out at the signing ceremony that: the signing of the agreement on cooperation in research and development between the two sides marks the deepening of cooperation between the two sides, and Rutong will cherish the opportunity of cooperation, make full use of the leading advantages of the North China Oil Recovery Plant No. 2 in terms of technology, site, personnel, etc., and learn from its insights, and further broaden its R & D field to extend to automation and intelligentisation, based on our efforts to make our cooperation in green environmental protection operating devices meet the requirements of the use of the green environment. We will further expand our research and development efforts into automation and intelligence, and strive to make greater breakthroughs in environmental protection, convenience, operational safety, and reducing the labour intensity of operators. I firmly believe that with the joint efforts of both partners, who complement each other's strengths, we will be able to achieve a successful and fruitful outcome.
