Born in October 1950, a member of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of Jiangsu Rutong Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. An entrepreneurial woman who persists in the machinery manufacturing industry and is the only female chairman of a listed company in Nantong (2016). A successful case of state-owned enterprise restructuring, she turned an old factory with serious losses into one of the "Top 50" Chinese petroleum and petrochemical manufacturing enterprises, a provincial high-tech enterprise, and a provincial academician workstation.
