QP pneumatic chuck

QP250/350 pneumatic chuck is mainly used for clamping drill pipe, tubing, casing and other pipe strings in oil and gas drilling and workover operations. The products shall be designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K Drilling and Well Servicing Equipment. Effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve work efficiency. The pneumatic chuck has reasonable structure, convenient operation, safety and reliability, and is an ideal clamping tool for drilling and workover operations. In the drill pipe tripping operation, in addition to the normal tripping and clamping functions, the function of automatic air jet mud scraping is also added. The pneumatic chuck has a self-locking function. When the slip body clamps the pipe string, it has the self-locking function of preventing the slip body from being accidentally opened; when the slip body is opened, it has the function of preventing the slip body from being accidentally cut off.
