CDZY Hydraulic Elevator is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8C. It features a mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integrated control system, enabling automatic opening, closing, rotating, and signal feedback. It also allows for unmanned operation of the racking platform.
Counter torque: The pneumatic slip provides counter torque capacities of 20 kN·m, 55 kN·m, and 75 kN·m depending on the model. The slips apply downward pressure to securely hold the pipe string, eliminating the need for backup tongs during makeup and breakout.
The slip is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7K for tripping drill pipes, casings, and tubing in oil and gas drilling operations. The slip range includes both hydraulic and pneumatic models.
The SE-type elevator/spider remote control system upgrades the traditional manual operation of the SE's upper and lower slips to pneumatic control. Minor repair automatic operation device
The minor repair automatic operation device is a device that realizes automatic lifting, unloading and conveying of oil pipes in oilfield workover operations.
